WHAT CLASS LEVELS ARE OFFERED?

All Core Club videos offer modification options so you can alter your workout based on your level and grow with your practice. We recommend if you are new to pilates to start with the Fundamentals before moving on to No Equipment.

HOW LONG ARE CORE CLUB VIDEOS?

Video length varies from 10 minutes to 75 minutes.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?

All Core Club videos can be done with and without equipment. Please click here, under the “What You Need” tab for a list of suggested props.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Yes. All clients must create an account in order to access the Core Club and class videos.

HOW DO I GET THE CORE CLUB APP?

The best way to purchase the Core Club App is through the CoreClub.com website.

CAN I DO CORE CLUB SESSIONS IF I AM PREGNANT?

We recommend consulting your physician before doing any workouts while pregnant.  If you are a regular user of Core Club, and are aware of your modifications, most videos can be modified to fit your pregnancy needs. Core Club also offers a Pre and Postnatal series for those new to pilates or looking to modify their current workouts. 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO CORE CLUB WORKOUTS?

Everyone is different. For optimal results, we recommend 3-4 times a week. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend wearing comfortable and supportive workout clothes with either sneakers or grip socks.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AND MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

We offer a monthly subscription priced at $34.99 or a yearly subscription priced at $349.99

DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel your subscription. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Should you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. For monthly memberships, you will be charged for the full month should you choose to cancel mid-month.
